 Although it is definitely going to split up, Sony and Ericsson are still together to produce a new smartphone. In fact, the rumored "smartphone" to be in their production would have a very high specification (super phone). Super Sony Ericsson mobile phones are expected to carry the name "Xperia Ion". The name is "leaky" because the rumored Sony Ericsson has registered the trade name "Xperia Ion".

 Although officially "divorced" with Ericsson in June 2012, Sony has set up new mobile phone to be exhibited at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas in early 2012. As quoted from TechRadar, Sony Xperia still using the name for this new mobile phone. In fact, before setting up the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc HD (Nozomi) as the last phone using Sony Ericsson Xperia name. |

Sony Ericsson W8 is the first Sony Ericsson Android Walkman. Unfortunately, the Android platform is still support Android version 2.1 (Eclair). You can enjoy the sensational musical entertainment from the smartphone device, but was forced to refrain from tasting the new abilities most brand-new version of Android phone. Fortunately, W8 already holds a capacitive touch screen, with dimensions of 3 inch and 320x480 pixel resolutions. Supported by interface software TimeSpace, performance of this phone has a physical appearance like Xpreria X8 which is supported by 600 MHz single core processor and 186 MB Ram. The camera is capable of producing 3.2 MP resolution photos. For today, Sony Ericsson W8 appears to be available in Sony Ericsson's German Website, with no signs of a release in UK at this point. If and when it does come here, you can expect it to be at the more affordable end of the Android spectrum. Sony Ericsson also has announced will release W8 in several countries in Asia between May until June 2011.

To run with Touchscreen character that sensitive it's requires for you to be careful in accessing menu on the homescreen, but fortunately Ericsson Satio has been equipped with Stylush. To run daily activities, Sony Ericsson Satio has been equipped with a three button key; call button, end button, and menu button. It seem menu button has very small size and makes it difficult for size of an adult finger. |
