HTC Hero has physical display as box shape with oval at four corners; the bottom part is a bit forward. About casing material, HTC Hero casing wrapped with Teflon material, quite strange to hear Teflon that is usually made for cooking appliances was applied to this phone. Teflon was added to prevent scratches, dirt and to make this smart phone difficult to slip when held by sweaty hands. At display menu, HTC has furnished it with calendar, Web Browser, Phone messages. For Office needs or office online, it's supported by Microsoft Exchange, and active sync for synchronization email, and push mail.

When entering the internet world, HTC is sustained with Google Search, Maps, Gmail, You Tube, Google Talk, and also has been equipped with multi-touch capability on a Web browser, and flash player support. Of course, to speed up online access, the HTC Hero has 3G, HSDPA, HSUPA, AND WIFI network support. It makes a Web browser capable of displaying web pages quickly.
