Sony Ericsson W8 is the first Sony Ericsson Android Walkman. Unfortunately, the Android platform is still support Android version 2.1 (Eclair). You can enjoy the sensational musical entertainment from the smartphone device, but was forced to refrain from tasting the new abilities most brand-new version of Android phone. Fortunately, W8 already holds a capacitive touch screen, with dimensions of 3 inch and 320x480 pixel resolutions. Supported by interface software TimeSpace, performance of this phone has a physical appearance like Xpreria X8 which is supported by 600 MHz single core processor and 186 MB Ram. The camera is capable of producing 3.2 MP resolution photos. For today, Sony Ericsson W8 appears to be available in Sony Ericsson's German Website, with no signs of a release in UK at this point. If and when it does come here, you can expect it to be at the more affordable end of the Android spectrum. Sony Ericsson also has announced will release W8 in several countries in Asia between May until June 2011.
